No, it's not. It's a couple of Dutch nuts just fiddling with their cars on a closed road. No competition whatsoever, just demonstrating your car for public, sponsors, etc.

It's a 'racedemo' near my hometown. No competition, just showing the cars, letting both race-enthousiasts and sponsors see, feel and smell the cars. And an opportunity to meet other car-enthusiasts of course. Not sure if there will be a 2014-edition though.
